When children are mentally more active, they should receive more nutrition. Exam period is among those activities which better nutrition care leads to better achievement and scores. Nuts such as walnut, pistachio, almond, hazelnut, and sunflower seeds are very useful for the brain and memory. Children should get full breakfast, especially during the exams, which can consist of honey, milk, cheese, cereals, and beans.
